Know exactly where you are.
Know exactly what comes next.
Most padel players improve by accident. The Padel Roots Player Pathway changes that.
In the Padel Roots Player Pathway we have four levels:
Beginner
Improver
Intermediate
Advanced
Each built around six consistent sections, 10–12 modules per level, and a clear assessment so you always know exactly where you stand.
WOMAN Beginner
The Beginner level is about one thing: control. You'll learn the continental grip, the compact swing, and the mindset shift that turns glass walls from obstacles into tools. By graduation you can play a full social game with confidence — and without the bad habits that take twice as long to undo.
WOMAN Improver
The Improver level is where padel starts to feel intentional. You'll add the slice serve, directional ground strokes, the bandeja and side glass play — the skills that define intermediate padel worldwide. By graduation you can enter a club league and compete with genuine purpose.
WOMAN Intermediate
The Intermediate level unlocks the full arsenal: víbora, double glass, chiquita as a weapon, smash off the back glass. Tactically, you'll build pre-planned point patterns and learn to adjust mid-match. Graduation requires both a skills test and a competitive match record — because these skills only count under pressure.
WOMAN Advanced
The Advanced level is not the end of the pathway — it's the beginning of a career. Every shot is available with consistent execution under maximum pressure. You'll work from an Individual Development Plan reviewed quarterly, and graduation is measured across three milestone gates: technical mastery, competition standard and IDP completion.
